About Mr. Mark Hebert

Our Founder

Mark Hebert is a licensed private investigator in the State of Arizona and has over thirty-five years investigative experience which includes over thirty years working in municipal and federal law enforcement. 

Mr. Hebert started his career as a police officer and shortly thereafter was assigned to the front lines in the effort to stop illegal drug trafficking.  As a member of a Narcotics and Major Crimes Unit, Mr. Hebert worked in an undercover capacity and participated in countless narcotic investigations and arrests.  He also served on a Special Reaction Team and routinely handled high risk arrest situations and search warrant executions. 

As a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Mr. Hebert gained a vast knowledge of executive protection, counterintelligence, intelligence, and fraud detection.  Mr. Hebert had the distinction of protecting senior dignitaries, heads of state, foreign royalty, and the U.S. Secretary of State both domestically and abroad.  Upon graduating from the Bureau of Diplomatic Security Training Academy, Mr. Hebert received the award for the highest academic achievement in his graduating class.

Mr. Hebert helped to thwart the threat of terrorism and the spread of weapons of mass destruction by investigating the proliferation of precursor chemicals and specialized electrical components, as a Special Agent assigned to the Office of Export Enforcement for the U.S. Commerce Department. 

The final stop in his distinguished law enforcement career was with the United States Marshals Service.  Mr. Hebert investigated thousands of fugitive cases, registered sex offenders, threats to the judiciary and threats to other members of the U.S. Court system.  Mr. Hebert directly participated in the capture of several U.S. Marshals Service Top 15 fugitives.  While at the U.S. Marshals Service, Mr. Hebert was recognized for his investigative expertise and was assigned to the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force and was also detailed for extended periods of time to the Cuyahoga County, Ohio Prosecutor’s Office to investigate high profile capital murder cases.  Upon being promoted and placed in charge of the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force in Cleveland Ohio, Mr. Hebert directly supervised a team of highly skilled investigators.  Under Mr. Hebert’s direct field supervision, the Violent Fugitive Task Force routinely located and apprehended extremely violent individuals who were wanted for crimes such as capital murder, serial rape, and armed robbery.

Throughout his career Mr. Hebert has brought excellence to his investigative endeavors.  He believes that ethically uncovering the truth and obtaining the necessary admissible evidence should be at the forefront of every investigator’s efforts.
